The Higher Up program doesn’t only match students with meaningful hometown summer jobs and internships, it also provides them with a readiness program prior to the start of their placements and on-going support through the summer employment period.  Higher Up also works individually with students to remove barriers to success such as transportation and procure experience-changing items such as professional attire, access to technology, training and other services.  All of these steps rely on committed volunteers sharing their time, experience and abilities.  A dedicated coordinator sees each placement through from start to finish, and Higher Up seeks multiple 2025 Student-Partner Coordinators to work directly with students reaching higher for their dreams.
